5. Proprietary Devices
The Athyx FLUX I and OBLA I are proprietary devices developed by and exclusively for Athyx, Inc. These products are designed, manufactured, and distributed solely by Athyx and are intended for use only within the Athyx ecosystem.
6. Biometric Data
Athyx wearables collect real-time physiological data including lactate threshold estimates and related biometrics. This data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to our servers without your explicit consent. We do not sell biometric data to third parties under any circumstances.
7. AI-Powered Features & Third-Party Processing
Athyx uses third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate personalized training insights. When using AI features, we may send the following data to our AI provider:

- —User input (messages and prompts sent to the AI)
This data is transmitted securely and used solely to generate responses. We do not sell or store this data outside of necessary processing.
